Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship within Gujarat only. All locations within Gujarat typically receive orders within 2–3 days after dispatch.

We use insulated cold packaging designed to maintain temperature for up to 4 days under normal transit conditions. However, cold packaging reduces risk but does not eliminate it. External factors such as weather, transit duration, and courier handling may impact the product during delivery.

Chocolate is naturally sensitive to heat. During transit, slight melting, softening, texture changes, or fat/sugar bloom (white spots or a white layer) may occur due to temperature fluctuations. These are natural properties of chocolate, are completely safe and edible, and do not affect taste or quality. Please refer to our Refund Policy for how these scenarios are handled.

We dispatch orders on weekends. If a dispatch falls close to a public holiday or an unusual transit delay is expected, we will contact the customer and proceed only after confirmation.
