Our journey began far from the noise — in quiet kitchens and slow roasters, studying the rhythm of fermentation, tempering, and time. Every batch we craft begins with ethically grown cacao, carefully sourced from select farms across India and beyond, where farmers still believe that good things grow only with patience.

At Velmor, we roast, grind, and refine each bean ourselves — the old way — to preserve its natural soul. The result is chocolate that speaks in subtle tones: a little wild, deeply personal, and entirely ours.
